2. Return Shipping: We make it easy by providing a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.

3. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (calculated based on the item price, excluding any original shipping fees) to help cover warehouse inspection and repackaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items: For pet safety and sanitary reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened.
