Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If things don’t work out, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following guidelines:

1. Condition: Items must be brand-new, unused, and in their original packaging so they can be resold. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.

2. Return Shipping: We make it easy by providing a prepaid return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.

3. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund (calculated based on the item price, excluding any original shipping fees) to help cover warehouse inspection and repackaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items: For pet safety and sanitary reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened. This includes hygiene-related products (such as grooming tools or used bedding), perishable pet food and treats, and customized items. Thank you for your understanding in keeping all pets safe!

5. Original Shipping: Please note that the original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6. Refund Timeline: Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product, subject to the conditions above.
